In each session, I take the time to get to know you and respond to your individual needs. My approach combines a variety of therapeutic techniques to support your physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing.
Drawing from my experience and training with osteopaths, doctors, and physiotherapists, I integrate methods such as classical massage, craniosacral therapy, acupuncture meridian massage, foot reflexology, fascia release, breathwork, and somatic practices.
By intuitively combining these techniques, I can address your individual needs. Each session helps release tension, strengthen your inner balance, and sustainably support your body’s natural healing abilities.
