During a session, I take the time to get to know you and tailor the methods to your specific needs. Throughout my working experience, I have had the opportunity to learn techniques from osteopaths, doctors, and physiotherapists, which has greatly enriched my repertoire of methods. By combining different techniques such as classical massage, craniosacral therapy, acupuncture meridian massage, foot reflexology, fascia release and somatic work, holistic bodywork aims to restore balance and harmony within yourself.

In recent years, I have achieved many positive results through manual lymphatic drainage. This treatment method is particularly successful for regeneration and also for acute injuries. Regular treatments over a specific period are recommended.
