Peace & Clarity
Through Meditation
We live in a world where thoughts have too much power. Often, these are judgmental thoughts that hold us back. They lead to stress, dissatisfaction, and pain that often manifest on a physical level.
Meditation teaches you to accept thoughts and see them more clearly. A regular practice has lasting effects on both a mental and physical level.
My offerings are inspired by mindfulness meditation, insight meditation, (tantra-)yoga, as well as psychology and neuroscience. They are suitable for both beginners and individuals with a regular meditation practice. I want to encourage you to slow down. Take responsibility of your life and switch into a process of creation.

How meditation changes your brain
How meditation
changes
your brain
Meditation has become a significant research subject in psychology and neuroscience. Thanks to neuroplasticity, the structures of our brains can change. Long-term meditators have been shown to have an enlarged insular cortex in the right hemisphere. The insular cortex is a brain region crucial for awareness of emotional sensations. Furthermore, a higher density in the hippocampus has been observed, which plays an important role in emotion regulation and, consequently, stress reduction. These are just a few examples of documented changes in the brains of long-term meditators. Additionally, I have personally experienced positive effects on chronic pain through meditation, which are also supported by scientific research. Meditation is an important tool for breaking old behaviour patterns and building new habits. Regular practice can create and break down new neuronal connections in the brain. These new connections in the brain also send new signals to the body. Meditation can therefore create change on both a mental and physical level.

1:1 Coaching – The Body-Mind Connection
“The Body-Mind Connection” is my 1:1 coaching offering designed for people seeking sustainable change and ready to break old habits and thought patterns. “Body-Mind Connection” describes the relationship between body and mind. Our thoughts influence our behavior and directly affect our bodies. For example, when we think about something stressful, our brain releases neurotransmitters like cortisol, which cause physical reactions such as increased heart rate and muscle tension.
Conversely, physical sensations like deep breathing or muscle relaxation can calm our thoughts and reduce stress. Many of these habits and patterns are deeply embedded in our subconscious, where we have limited access. The coaching goes beyond the physical yoga practice and uses a holistic approach to strengthen the body-mind connection on mental, physical, and emotional levels.

Who is BMC Coaching for?
I support athletes, executives, entrepreneurs, yoga teachers, and people in transition who want to experience long-term and sustainable change. The transformative effects of meditation, yoga nidra, and breathing techniques (Pranayama) are scientifically proven. However, if these tools are not understood, they cannot be used to their full potential. In one-on-one sessions, we will focus on your specific issues and go straight into action.
Over the last 15 years, I have gained extensive knowledge and valuable experience. In my work, I combine tools that go beyond the physical practice (asanas) of yoga, such as breathing techniques (Pranayama), meditation, and yoga nidra. I place special emphasis on a trauma-sensitive approach as well as scientific principles from neuroscience and psychology.
My background in marketing & sales allows me to focus on topics like business, leadership, and stress management. Additionally, I bring experience from the sports field and sports business, which enriches my perspective and approach. Learn more about me
The Process
Each session is tailored to your needs and goals, whether you bring prior experience with certain tools or not. First, you book a free check-in call (about 15 minutes), during which we determine if we are a good fit to work together. After that, you can book your first session. After each session, you will receive a recording to continue practicing independently. The sessions take place online.
Acceptance and awareness are the first steps in any change. However, true transformation begins when we take action. It requires taking responsibility for our goals and having the courage to stay consistent. This is where I support you: I help you maintain your focus and direction and use the right tools effectively and successfully.
Book your free initial consultation (available in German or English) and take the first step towards change. I look forward to meeting you!
