My Holistic Approach
I found yoga and mindfulness at a very young age. Since attending my first yoga class at eighteen, this practice has become a constant in my life. In 2017, I completed my first teacher training in Nepal and soon after I began teaching abroad and later in various studios in Vienna. I also collaborated with different brands such as the Vienna Yoga School and OneMantra.
In 2019, I expanded my knowledge through medical training in body therapy and worked alongside pain therapists and osteopaths.
Due to injuries, I had to reduce my physical yoga practice. This was a very painful experience for me at the time, but it also led me to mindfulness, meditation as well as Yoga Nidra, which have become a cornerstone of my work.
Many illnesses and symptoms on both physical and psychological levels originate from a dysregulated nervous system. At the same time, a regulated nervous system promotes healing of acute or chronic injuries. Through the practice of mindfulness, automated patterns and thoughts become visible. You can see more clearly and act more autonomously. Your body can heal better, and you can live to your full potential.
My work helps you to stay present and connect with yourself and your needs. I support you in hearing your own inner voice more clearly. The essence of my work is to create a non-judgmental space where you can fully be yourself—a stable and safe environment that serves as the foundation for healing and transformation.

The breath –
an Important Tool
In all areas of my work, there is a focus on the breath. Many people often develop incorrect breathing patterns. These can exacerbate and trigger stress, inner tension, and pain. Through conscious breathing, you can influence the parasympathetic nervous system. Physical tension can be reduced, as well as the associated mental activation. Additionally, blood pressure can be lowered, and the abdominal organs can be positively affected.
I Work Trauma-Sensitive
As a yoga teacher and body therapist, I am informed about trauma and triggers. Through my own coaching work and my experience at a pain therapy center in Vienna, I have gained experience in this field. I work trauma-sensitively in my group and individual sessions. My work is not equivalent to psychotherapy, and I recommend seeking appropriate therapy in such cases. However, as a complementary measure, I have had very positive experiences. Feel free to reach out to me to talk about that.
My work is for you if you want to
- slow down in your everyday life
- find clarity to make the right decisions
- search for an additional tool to complement psychotherapy
- improve embodiment (out of head into your body)
- improve your sleep
- change your daily habits
- strengthen your mindset
- release inner tension (dysregulated nervous system)
- chronic stress (recovering from burn out)
- reduce chronic pain
