GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)
Status: April 2026

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between:

Herklotzgasse 26/9, 1150 Vienna, Austria

(hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”)

and participants of courses, workshops, online programs, and individual sessions offered by the Provider.

2. Conclusion of Contract
Registration for services is made via:

the website sarah-theresa.com
the payment and booking system ThriveCart
or in writing (e.g. via email)
A contract is concluded once:

the booking process has been completed, and
a booking confirmation has been sent by email
By booking a service, the participant agrees to these GTC.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Euros.

Payment via ThriveCart
For online offers, payment is processed via the payment provider ThriveCart.

Direct Payment
If agreed individually, payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days to the following account:

Participation is only guaranteed after full payment has been received.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Right under FAGG)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for:

services related to leisure activities
where a specific date or period is provided for the performance of the contract (§ 18 para 1 no 10 FAGG)
This applies in particular to:

courses
workshops
individual sessions

5. Cancellation Policy
Courses & Workshops
Cancellation up to 7 days before the start: 100% refund
After that: no refund
A substitute participant may be provided upon agreement.

Individual Sessions
Cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment: free of charge
After that: 100% of the fee is due

6. Changes and Cancellations by the Provider
The Provider reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services for important reasons (e.g. illness, organizational reasons).

In such cases:

an alternative date will be offered, or
payments already made will be refunded

7. Participation and Personal Responsibility
Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical and mental condition and, if necessary, seeking medical advice before participation.

8. Liability
The Provider shall only be liable for damages:

caused intentionally or through gross negligence
Liability for:

slight negligence
consequential damages
loss of profit
is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Online Services
Online services are conducted via Zoom.

Sessions may be recorded. It will be ensured that participants are not identifiable, unless explicit consent has been given.

10. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Provider’s privacy policy.

11. Copyright
All content (videos, materials, concepts) is protected by copyright.

Any reproduction, distribution, or publication without the Provider’s explicit consent is prohibited.

12. Amendments to the GTC
The Provider reserves the right to amend these GTC.

Participants will be informed of any changes in due time.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Austrian law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction shall apply.
